Here’s a simple meal plan for the coming week, May 21-27th flyer week.

This plan is a simple 6 day plan, and may or may not be foods that your family will eat.

What you’ll find here is the main part of the entree, the meat or main dish for dinner. It can be accompanied by whatever you choose, potatoes, rice, salad. Whatever you choose to round out the meal will be much cheaper than the main dish of the meal, and it’s easier to add a side dish to a dinner than it is to come up with ideas that don’t break the bank for dinner.

Always consider your nutritional needs and diet prior to following any meal plan.

However, you can tailor any of the sales on this week and improvise to make them something your family will enjoy.
